Body geometry affects action, material affects buoyancy, finish affects visibility, and hardware and packing define the final sellable product.
01Body forming
Hard-bait shells and flexible soft-lure bodies begin with controlled forming. Shape, wall thickness, tail geometry, ballast position and hook clearance are matched to the intended swimming action and target application.
02Surface finishing
Natural baitfish patterns, bright contrast colors, laser surfaces, 3D-printed details and luminous finishes support freshwater, inshore and offshore selections. Approved colors are prepared as defined variants for sampling and repeat production.
03Hardware assembly
Hooks, split rings, assist hooks, jig heads, internal weights and rotating blades are selected around lure size and use. Products can be evaluated as bare bodies, unrigged lures, fully rigged units or coordinated kits where the model allows.
04Inspection and packing
Before packing, the production workflow checks visible finish, hardware configuration, product count and the agreed variant. Retail boxes, bags, mixed-color sets and private-label presentation can then be prepared to the confirmed order brief.
